Anyone who founds a company is pursuing goals: She or he wants to implement an idea or a vision, wants to realise a dream for herself or himself, is driven by the prospect of economic well-being or believes that she or he will achieve independence with this step. Times of prosperity and times of special challenges follow. Once all the obstacles have been overcome, there will come a point when the entrepreneur will start to think about what will happen to his or her company after that. Especially for many of the smaller and medium-sized call centres in the country, which were founded during the boom phase of the industry, this is currently the case - or will become so in the coming years. Reason enough to deal with the questions surrounding the transfer of the company, succession arrangements or a possible sale.
