Anyone who founds a compa­ny is pursuing goals: She or he wants to imple­ment an idea or a vision, wants to reali­se a dream for herself or himself, is driven by the prospect of econo­mic well-being or belie­ves that she or he will achie­ve indepen­dence with this step. Times of prospe­ri­ty and times of special challenges follow. Once all the obsta­cles have been overco­me, there will come a point when the entre­pre­neur will start to think about what will happen to his or her compa­ny after that. Especi­al­ly for many of the smaller and medium-sized call centres in the country, which were founded during the boom phase of the indus­try, this is current­ly the case - or will become so in the coming years. Reason enough to deal with the questi­ons surroun­ding the trans­fer of the compa­ny, succes­si­on arran­ge­ments or a possi­ble sale.
