Doch angesichts der stark zuneh\u00admen\u00adden Zahl anste\u00adhen\u00adder Generations\u00adwechsel sto\u00dfen Kammer und Nachfol\u00adger-Club zuneh\u00admend an Grenzen.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>62 suces\u00ads\u00f5es de empre\u00adsas na Alta Franc\u00f3\u00adnia conhe\u00adci\u00addas pelo&nbsp;<span class=\"caps\">IHK<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Trunk verweist gegen\u00ad\u00fcber dem <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nordbayerischer-kurier.de\/nachrichten\/oberfranken-sucht-3000-firmenchefs_468236\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Correio da Bavie\u00adra do Norte<\/a> darauf, dass in den \u00fcberwie\u00adgend kleinen und mittle\u00adren Famili\u00aden\u00adun\u00adter\u00adneh\u00admen Oberfran\u00adkens meist keine Finanz\u00adin\u00adves\u00adto\u00adren zur Weiter\u00adf\u00fch\u00adrung bereit stehen. Diese Unter\u00adneh\u00admen \u201ewerden mehr oder weniger diffun\u00addie\u00adren. Das wollen wir vermeiden.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Erg\u00e4n\u00adzend besteht immer die Gefahr, dass ein Genera\u00adti\u00adons\u00adwech\u00adsel\u00adpro\u00adzess schei\u00adtert. Die Ursachen sind dabei vielf\u00e4l\u00adtig: Dies k\u00f6nnen zu hohe Preis\u00advor\u00adstel\u00adlun\u00adgen der Firmen\u00adin\u00adha\u00adber sein, ein Schei\u00adtern der Finan\u00adzie\u00adrung des \u00dcberneh\u00admen\u00adden oder das zuneh\u00admend mangeln\u00adde Inter\u00ades\u00adse von Unter\u00adneh\u00admer\u00adkin\u00addern an der famili\u00aden\u00adin\u00adter\u00adnen Unternehmens\u00fcbernahme.<\/p>\n<p>Sehr oft schei\u00adtern Unter\u00adneh\u00admens\u00adnach\u00adfol\u00adgen an einer ungen\u00fc\u00adgen\u00adden Vorbe\u00adrei\u00adtung oder einem schlech\u00adten Manage\u00adment des Genera\u00adti\u00adons\u00adwech\u00adsels. Beides geht dann oft mit recht\u00adli\u00adchen und steuer\u00adli\u00adchen Proble\u00admen einher. Solche Proble\u00adme erh\u00f6hen die Wahrschein\u00adlich\u00adkeit teurer Verz\u00f6\u00adge\u00adrun\u00adgen oder sogar des Schei\u00adterns einer Unternehmensnachfolge.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Gefahr kann durch die gute Vorbe\u00adrei\u00adtung einer Unternehmens\u00adnachfolge verrin\u00adgert werden.
