Damit f\u00fchrt er dann ein Unter\u00adneh\u00admen mit rund 740 Mio. Euro Umsatz in 2010 und weltweit rund 2400 Besch\u00e4f\u00adtig\u00adten und einer mehr als 300j\u00e4hrigen Geschich\u00adte. Gut 120 Jahre davon ist das Unter\u00adneh\u00admen in den H\u00e4nden der Familie Randlkofer.<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg bauten Famili\u00aden\u00ader\u00adbe Paul Randl\u00adk\u00adofer und Konrad Werner Wille, ein Bremer Kaffee\u00adspe\u00adzia\u00adlist, das Unter\u00adneh\u00admen wieder auf und \u00fcberga\u00adben es Ende der 70er Jahre an ihre S\u00f6hne. Diese spalte\u00adten das Kaffee\u00adge\u00adsch\u00e4ft Mitte der 80er Jahre ab und koope\u00adrie\u00adren in diesem Segment seitdem mit dem Schwei\u00adzer Konzern Nestl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Generations\u00adwechsel wurde seit Jahren vorbereitet<\/h2>\n<p>Der \u00dcbergang an die mittler\u00adwei\u00adle f\u00fcnfte Genera\u00adti\u00adon der Familie wurde seit Jahren vorbe\u00adrei\u00adtet hei\u00dft es in einer vom Unter\u00adneh\u00admen verbrei\u00adte\u00adten Presse\u00admel\u00addung. Bevor der heute 47j\u00e4hrige das Ruder als gesch\u00e4fts\u00adf\u00fch\u00adren\u00adder Gesell\u00adschaf\u00adter \u00fcbernimmt sammel\u00adte er seit 1995 Erfah\u00adrun\u00adgen im famili\u00aden\u00adei\u00adge\u00adnen Unter\u00adneh\u00admen.
