Oder sie denken alter\u00adna\u00adtiv in 34 % der F\u00e4lle \u00fcber den &nbsp;Verkauf an Mitar\u00adbei\u00adter nach.&nbsp; Somit verliert die famili\u00aden\u00adin\u00adter\u00adne Unternehmens\u00adnachfolge immer mehr an Bedeutung.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach den Feststel\u00adlun\u00adgen des druck\u00adfri\u00adschen Mittel\u00adstand\u00adspa\u00adnels\nder staat\u00adli\u00adchen F\u00f6rder\u00adbank KfW verlie\u00adren die Mittel\u00adst\u00e4nd\u00adler in Deutsch\u00adland mehr\nund mehr die Scheu vor dem Verkauf des Unter\u00adneh\u00admens an exter\u00adne Interessenten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laut Panel beabsich\u00adti\u00adgen aktuell 152.000 Inhaber kleiner und mittle\u00adrer Firmen, das Unter\u00adneh\u00admen inner\u00adhalb der n\u00e4chs\u00adten zwei Jahre an einen Nachfol\u00adger zu \u00fcbergeben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-die-demografische-entwicklung\">The demogra\u00adphic development&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Blick auf die demogra\u00adfi\u00adsche Entwick\u00adlung zeigt, dass das Thema immer mehr an Bedeu\u00adtung gewinnt.
